Atomic Cowboy is more than just a restaurant: it offers a two-for-one dining experience. Consisting of Denver Biscuit Company and Fat Sully’s, we serve an eclectic menu that covers the whole day. 

Join us for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. Denver Biscuit Company stays open until 2:00 PM on weekdays and 3:00 PM on weekends. So, you can join us for an early brinner, too!

Are your sugar cravings bothering you? Are you craving something savory instead? Either way, we can satisfy your hunger. Our menu is packed with sweet treats, including biscuits topped with house-made jam, granola bowls, fresh berries, French toast, and strawberry shortcake.
